CBRE Appointed to Market Les Residences @ Khao Lak

Bangkok – 18 January 2011 – CB Richard Ellis Thailand has been appointed by Vitya Holding Co.,Ltd. as the sole sales and marketing agent for “Les Résidences @ Khao Lak”. M.L Vitya Chakrabandhu exchanges the agreement with David Simister (middle), Chairman of CB Richard Ellis Thailand.

Les Résidences @ Khao Lak is located in Phang Nga, approximately 70 minutes north of Phuket International Airport. The development is located on an absolute beachfront site and comprises 25 beachfront and pool view villas, ranging from 1,710 to 6,305 sq.ft. in size and each villa featuring its own private pool. Owners also have an option of joining a rental pool programme which offers a 60-day complimentary usage and a 6% guaranteed yield for 6 years.

The project commenced construction in October 2010 and is expected to be fully completed in November 2011.The project is being developed by M.L Vitya Chakrabandhu, the owner of the Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort and Katiliya Mountain Resort & Spa in Chiang Rai.
