Properties for Bidding – Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua-Hin

CB Richard Ellis is pleased to inform you that we will soon be holding a tender session for a selection of quality residential properties in Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin with selling prices ranging from THB 1.85 million to THB 100 million each.

Tender can be made by sealed bid and the bidders can inspect the actual locations or visit the properties before the actual tender takes place.  Those interested in participating in the tender can request a bidding form from CB Richard Ellis on 29 September.  The tender date is 30 September 2010.
